Default Hygiene Things To Try

- If you're not already removing your makeup and washing your face before bed, that could be a big source of your acne problems right there.
- Try switching your showering schedule at night, to keep your face even cleaner.
- Overwashing your face can cause irritation.
- Wipe off your cell phone once a week with a disinfecting wipe. A grimy phone can cause pimples.
- Wash your hands after touching especially dirty things, like if you handle money all day. Because you're bound to touch your face sometime.
