I tried stuff for sensitive skin but found that I was better off using just higher quality over the counter items like Neutrogena or Biore. These don't burn my skin at all, unless I have an open acne spot, then it feels like a moment of lit match contact to the skin if I use a toner or astringent. The astringent usually burns worse. You also might want to use moisturizing and medicated face lotion which usually cools down the effect of using any of the before mentioned types of medication. (Benzoyl Peroxide actually has been rumored to make certain people's acne worse, which can be true as it can dry out the skin to an extreme. I actually have to use the 10% Benzoyl Peroxide solution for it to do anything significant to my acne though. Whereas the salicylic acid works at concentrations of 1 and 2% quite well for me).
