I have tried the brands from neutrogena (and others) that claim to help with acne and I haven't found anything that even works slightly. That being said, I am left to dealing with and minimizing the redness as much as I can. I use Revlon Colorstay Active. I like it because it is light weight and goes on smoothly and contains 25 SPF. It seems pricey at 10 dollars for a small tube, but each one lasts me about 6 months so it goes a long way. I have found that if you mix it with a little cold cream it can really help with any dry spots (instead of making them look worse). It also helps if you use the little sponge applicators to apply any foundation, makes it look more natural and spreads it easier to it doesn't look cakey. I def stay away from any of those creams that turn into powder types, the ones that come in a compact but aren't just regular powder, those always mess with my face tremdously and look terrible as well.
