I know that your parents probably always told you this, but avoid fatty foods (and unhealthy foods in general). Drink a lot of water!! These two things should drastically help your acne.

yes you are correct. drinking more water results a good and healthy body. every one must drink atleast 8 litres a day.the skin also looks good and most of the health problems can be controlled.

Hi,
I am told that oily and fried food also be a factor for acne so avoid this kind of meal if your are also caught by acne.... I am really worried for my skin.... |
