Default Ways To Clear Acne Using Honey

Honey is a near mythical food for it stays good forever, is extremely nourishing and healthy,Honey as a way to get rid of acne and it also does wonders for the skin when used topically. Honey has been used since the Egyptians as a means of skin care. Using honey to fight acne is one of the best ways to clear acne naturally in my book. I’ve tried it myself and found that not only did it help my acne over time, my skin was extremely soft and healthy feeling every time I’ve used it. The immediate effects are just as beneficial as the long term ones!

The best ways to clear acne using honey is by making and applying a honey mask. A honey mask is nothing more than taking some honey and applying it evenly over your clean face. You can use a spatula, large spoon, or just about anything that’s good for spreading. Let it set for up to half of an hour or until it has been dry for about ten minutes and then rinse your face off with some warm (not hot!) water. Make sure you wash off all the honey as you wouldn’t want to create a “buzz” later on. You’ll find that your skin feels a lot softer and looks brighter.

Because a honey mask is so easy on the skin, you can use it every day if you choose. Myself, I kept to a twice a week regiment and it worked out well for me. If you keep it up long enough, not only will you find that a honey mask helps your acne fade but you’ll see your acne scars (if you have any) beginning to fade away as well. Honey isn’t the cure all for acne scarring but it is a lot cheaper than a lot of other treatments and can be done in your own home on your own time. Let me know how it works for you!

Hey man,

Good advice! I used this method before and it worked for quite some time.

What I would recommend is for people to try Beer Malt. I used to wipe this on my face and let it soak for a few minutes before washing it off with just water.

Worked great, this was used in the military times in the 1950s and 60s to treat breakouts.
