I haven't seen it posted on here so I just thought I'd mention that one of the hottest ways passed around on the web as a ways to clear acne is toothpaste. People swear by it, and I gave it a try and for new pimples or for singling out the bad ones, it's a great method. I don't recommend covering your face with toothpaste if you have a bad acne problem, get professional help but if you have a stubborn pimple, use some plain ole white toothpaste that you have lying around and it might just do the trick.

Merucsio,
Another good post. I actually have never tried this but did hear it works for some people. What do you think in the toothpastes helps diminish the pimple? Is it the fluoride? I know that toothpaste dries up really well. -M |

Actually, I think it is the baking soda, and the peroxide that you find in toothpaste that does the trick. Both baking soda and peroxide are already known to be effective, so when you combine them in a sticky quick drying paste, I think you just naturally have a tube o' acne cure
