Did you know that exercise is a great way to clear acne. IT works because of several different reasons.
1) Exercise helps to level off the hormones in the body. This helps out a lot! 2) Exercise clears acne by opening your pores and getting junk out. This is helpful too. For more helpful tips, check around the board - I'm sure someone will be happy to help. |

Exercise make you happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. Regular physical activity
can even help prevent depression and high blood pressure. Exercise help in burn calories. The more intense the workout, the more calories you burn, and make easier to keep your weight under control. |

Exercise is also best for acne. Exercise regulates blood pressure which is good for acne treatment. Thanks to all of you for sharing your ideas and opinions.
