Acne Prevention Tip #1: Eat Healthy – Make sure you eat foods with plenty of vitamins:

Vitamin A (fish oil, dairy, vegetables), Vitamin B-2 (whole grains, fish, milk, eggs, meat), Vitamin B-3 (nuts, eggs, meat), Vitamin E (nuts, seeds, vegetables), Zinc (eggs, whole grains, nuts).

At the end of the day you don't have to overdo it. Just make sure you're eating healthy.

Thanks for sharing these food and source to prevent acne.
I will add these food items in my daily meals to prevent myself from acne.

Vitamins are very important for keeping eyes healthy, and is also necessary for keeping bones, teeth, skin & hair strong and well maintained All help the body break down fats, proteins and carbs, thus providing you with energy. B vitamins are also important for liver and intestinal health.

Healthy food is important for health and acne treatment. In my opinion vegetables and fruits are best healthy food. Fruits have vitamins which are good for skin.

Hi Guys....

Eating healthy is very important to maintain a good health . I think simple but oil free foods would be beneficial for this purpose . Moreover, Fruits and Vegetables should be given preference in eating . Thanks
