Acne Prevention Tip #2:
Try to drink plenty of fluids daily. It may be hard to believe, but water flushes out your whole system. We suggest that you try to drink at least seven cups of water daily. Hi mgotten,
I daily drink 15 glasses of water to meet water loss through different physical activities. Will drinking 15 glasses of water prevent me from acne? Besides water I drink juices and protein shakes also. |

Hey Alvine,
Thanks for posting again. Drinking a lot of water won't necessarily control your acne but it will definitely help your body "cleanse" itself. What are you currently using as an acne treatment? I use Acnegen, maybe you should give it a chance? Goodluck! -M |

Water is a natural treatment of acne. It prevents us from acne and many other skin problems so we should drink lot of water. I think 8 glass of water is enough to drink.
