It is said that prevention is better than cure, and I believe it. Acne avoidance often becomes necessary during teenage years. Most affected teenagers address acne prevention with manic scrubbing and dieting. The best preventive method to prevent acne would be good diet and regular exercise.

I know a few people who have tried all that before their acne got bad.. Sometimes I think there is nothing that some people can do

Sometimes there really is not much you can do. But you have to keep trying. Just keep a positive attitude and clean skin. It'll come around

all the thing you need to 2 do is to prevent before it invade, some of the acne word out gave positive response while some dont i hope prevention is better than cure
