Does anyone know of any natural, or herbal remedies: like herbs, oils?

Default Home remedies for acne

Yes, there are some home remedies for acne. One simple remedy you can try is grind turmeric with neem leaves and apply to the face and take bath after half-an-hour. Can anyone share any other home remedy?

Post When I was a teenager...

The first dermatologist I saw wanted me to go on a very "natural" regimen. I tried looking for support of this regimen online, but didn't find any. This was 18 years ago, so maybe you can run it by your doctor to see if it is still safe, but here's what she told me to do:

Wash with Cetaphil
Use Hydrogen Peroxide as a toner
Use Milk of Magnesia as a mask, Egg yolk to spot treat, rinse
Use Oil-free Oil of Olay and an Oil-free SPF

That was it. I admit I wasn't religious with the masks part of the regimen, but while my skin improved with being "smoother" it didn't stop the breakouts and she wanted me to try this before moving on to prescription topical medications.

Tea tree oil is used to treat pimples. Also the already mentioned hydrogen peroxide and milk of magnesia masks. Also try using a scrub made of oatmeal, it gently exfoliates and absorbs oil.

are always iffy because there's no guarantee of the quality of the product you're using, many remedies (despite heavy-duty marketing) flat out don't work, and they tend to be needlessly expensive.

First of all, I would get him off the Excedrine as it contains caffeine. Caffeine can cause mild to moderate muscle tension and nausea, so get rid of it. A good OTC medicine for muscle pain is tylenol or naproxen (Aleve).

Default Natural Acne Treatment

I have found the best acne treatment is holistic treatment which goes to the core of your problem. ?this, many times, is hormonal and some other kind of imbalance. Most lotions potions and pills treat symptoms and not the basic reason for your acne. You can find more info at Visit Natural Acne Treatment

Acne is an inflammatory condition that attacks the skin. Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural cure for acne. Apple Cider Vinegar can be found in almost any natural health or nutrition store, or from a variety of online retailers.
