That is interesting I didn't know that! What types of classifications are there? Also what else helps clear up scars?

Well, accutane is really touch and go. For me, I was taking 3 pills a day and it was a nightmare. I had joint problems, bloody noses at night, constant chapped lips.. ugh. It really does a number on your body. But it does eventually head off your acne and as someone who took it almost 6 years ago, I can say that it really does keep the severe stuff from coming back. I still have breakouts, of course, but nothing cystic like when I was a teenager.

Not sure if I recommend it though.. for all the physical/emotional side effects, there has to be some other treatment that works just as well.

Haha that's funny. I think that makes sense though, y'know, 'cause they do want to grade the severity of it. How is it graded?

what do you guys think a doctor would categorize your acne. mine would probably be something like controllable or something like that!
