I have been thinking of growing a beard to hide my acne. I know that the oil from the beard might make it worse but for me it seems like a good idea. Beards seem to be cool these days and I think I would look better with one. I don't have much forehead acne so it wouldn't draw more attention to that. Any thoughts?

Why do you need to hide your acne when you can easily get rid of them. Treating acne is a better solution than hiding them with a beard which as you know would make the condition worse.

This isn't a horrible idea, at least while you are waiting for your acne to clear up.
What I would do if I were you would be to grow the beard and then also take B5 vitamins (this is what worked for me) and then by the time you shave your beard off, you will be clear of acne. |
