This is a great forum, so thanks for sharing your knowledge. I am pretty "vanilla" when it comes to diet - getting regular fruits and veggies, and my two beverages of choice being coffee and water. I'm open to adding more Salmon and more fish in my diet - I was always told diet doesn't cause acne, so it's a new concept for me to hear how diet can prevent acne. I was curious to hear what others had to say about other foods they think makes a difference with helping acne.
