I went to my local TJ's and found fun little Salmon patties that you can eat instead of hamburger/turkey patties. I was worried that it would taste "rubbery" but it tasted very fresh, especially with a squeeze of lemon juice. A friend told me how Costco sells Salmon fillets in bulk, individually wrapped. I am thinking of getting a bag of it, and wanted to know if anyone can share recipes for salmon or if there are other recipes for other fish.
Thanks! |

Will having salmon patties and anyother fish product have any beneficial effects if you have acne? One thing is there that it is certain to cut down on the fat in take. Does fish have any special properties which would help in teh battle against acne?

My doctor suggested Perricone prescription which includes a very salmon-rich diet - which is supposed to be rich in anti-inflammatory foods and anti-oxidants. What I'm reading so far is that the fish is rich in Omega 3 Fatty acids which was also mentioned on this board. I'm new to the concept but open to it to help treat my acne and aging skin.
