Has anyone tried the "fish diet" that's professed in the famous Perricone books? I'm not a real lover of salmon which I hear is the staple (even suggested for breakfast).

Eat fish .. Especially Solomon.. They have lot of Omega-3 fats that primarily work through reducing inflammation in our bodies.

Eating fish is healthy. Infact Fish is always present in my menu. But what you eat has nothing to do with acne. So you can actually eat what you want. Just eat a healthy diet.

The Fish is one of the healthiest food, and ofcourse if you can, you should prefer sea fish. Very easy food for our organisam and have suffice amount of proteins and good healthy salve so we should eat fish no less than 2 times per week!

Without going into a full blown dietary argument, one could also try Omega-3 gel caps, cod liver oil, or, if you aren't into fish, something like flax or pumpking seeds. Can't imagine it'd be bad for acne...

I am a lover of fish diet. But did not get any scope to test the one mentioned in Perricone books. If I get a chance I must give it a try.
