Unfortunatley, acne has no age limits so it can come on at any time, as for others commenting....i wouldnt be to worried, some people have had the same problem and just want to help.

I always thought it would clear up too! It's more during "that time of the month" now, so at least it's predictable.

I haven't encountered that problem yet, but if I did...I'd probably be a bit crude after that. People should really mind their own business. |

I know how you feel, i've been a long time sufferer also . Have you ever tried Retin-A cream, tretinoin, it really works for me? I had acne from age 18 to about age 25. Vitamin B5 based treatment cured my acne. I'm not saying it will 100% definitely work for you, but it's definitely worth a try.

I know having Acne as an adult is a rela dilemma especially if you cannot get rid of it no matter what you try.
i should know. I recently read that you could reduce acne by changing your diet. Has anyone else heard about this? I am considering do this. |
