Default want to get rid of it?

There are several ways to get rid of acne. One should increase water consumption as it will help your body to flush itself of toxins. One should avoid having lots of oily food and fats. Excessive of calories and sugar can also cause acne. One should keep the face clean from dirt and other impurities.

If you don't like water like me just increase your intake of water based foods. You can still have the things we desire and crave like chocoalte (dark), chips and ice cream but in moderation. Weight loss also helps. Any exercise is good exercise, especially for your skin.

Your suggestions are useful. Drinking plenty of water is a must for all. Making it a habit not only keeps acne away from us but also maintains overall general health. Cleaning the face with some good cleanser help the toxic secretions to come out through the pores on the skin and lessens the chance of acne.

Yeah I agree with the water thing. I know that it is often said, but I agree. I am a big believer of natural methods, such as increasing water consumption. This is a great way to help prevent acne.

Besides consuming water to cleanse the body, another natural method to help reduce acne is to eat ground up egg shells. I'm not making this up! A dermotogist in Turkey told my husband to do this when he was a teenager. Once using the egg, wash it thoroughly, let it dry, and then grind it up into a powder. Eat about a third of it at a time. It really helped my husband when he was younger. He's even used this as an adult.

Very interesting. Never heard of this before. I wonder how many people would try this?

I actually tried it once or twice after learning about it. There's actually not a taste. You just swallow the powder with a glass of water - it's just like taking powdered aspirin without the taste.
