Using tree oil as a ways to clear acne is one of the most natural solutions around. People swear by it and its listed in nearly every natural remedy book out there. Tree oil is extracted from the Alternofalfia tree which is found in Australia. Using tree oil is just a part of the acne fighting process. While it won’t directly cure whats happening under your skin it will greatly lessen the redness and the swelling of acne. Tree oil is extremely potent in its natural form so the first step is diluting it. With tree oil you’re going to want to dilute 1:8 or 1 tablespoon of tree oil to 8 tablespoons of water. Put this concoction into a spray bottle and mix thoroughly As with any natural remedy test on a very small part of your face first to make sure that you are not allergic to tree oil. Wash your face well and pat dry before applying. Use a cotton ball or a wash cloth and apply your solution evenly and lightly over your face. Leave it on all night. This solution should be used every other day for at least ten days before you can really determine its effectiveness. Depending on your tolerance, you can make your solution stronger with more tree oil if your skin can handle it and is faring well, or you can dilute it even more if you’re having minor sensitivity problems.

By itself, tree oil as a way to clear acne is great, but it works even better when used in conjunction with honey!

Never heard that acne can be treated with tree oil but as it is natural way to treat and fight acne so I am sure it have no side effects. I have noted the proportion of tree oil and water and will use it for acne.
