Hello,

I am a male 25 years old and have suffered from sever nodular acne since adolescence.
I already undergone 3 accutane treatment regimens of 6 months each, a year apart, with remissions for a few months after treatment and major breakouts afterwards.

Once in the T-zone and on my back as well as the face, now i am left with severe comedones confined to the beard area with no lesions anywhere else.

Three questions:

1- Could it be still acne?
2- Could my lesions be something else?
3- What are the options?

I read your blog and i suggest to use thing which is not hot and use low oil, chilies, and spices.
Wash face with mask and use lotion.
