For those of us with sensitive skin, it's rather unlikely that we are going to break out the Stridex or the Proactiv. These products may work for some, but for those of us of Celtic origin-fair, thin skin, tending towards rosacea, these sorts of products spell disaster and can cause problems worse than the solutions they purport to solve. Be careful, and be willing to try gentler products if you are in this category of skin.

I've never heard of Zap Zit, but the stridex pads do work. The acid medication can really burn when you apply it though, and although my skin has never peeled, I can feel the painful tingling 15 minutes after using it.

I don't know about the Zap Zit, I was using Stridex for last few months, and it works well. It cleans the face and makes your skin really dry also it takes the acne away. If you're trying to make it clear up quickly, make use of a stridex pad or two throughout the day.

I have really oily skin so I love stridex pads.
I don't think they really cleared anything up, but I think they helped prevent. |
