I have tried many things. First was salicylic acid pads. Then came benzoyl peroxide. i couldn't make either work for me. I tried a dermatologist but it came to be too expensive. In the end - and this si what i am doing now - i went back to benzoyl peroxide. The difference - I kept myself on a strict schedule and used increasing amounts of it such that I had to use a mosturizer every day.

I find that using witch hazel on a cotton pad works well. It's drying to spots and overall invigorates one's skin. Give it a try, as it is quite inexpensive, and let me know what you think. Coming from the land of sensitive plus acne prone, have to balance the two ends of the spectrum.

I'm glad this worked for you. You should also implement a better diet. Diet always helps change the factors of our bodies.

Benzoyl peroxide works best for me, that combined with a daily cleaning regimen and repair lotion. AcneFree seems to work best for me. Has anyone ever used that before? I'm wondering about the long-term effects of dryness.
