Mychelle skin care products work very well. I would use them all the time, but I cannot always afford the price.
I have also used products by Dr. Hauschka. Good efficacy, but even more costly than Mychelle products. One line that is less expensive is Alba, and also Aubrey. Can you see a pattern? Yes, these are all lines that are sold in health food stores/Whole Foods type shops. The reason for my going in this direction is having reactive problems caused by most less expensive drugstore brands. For whatever reason, Neutrogena products for the face really cause breakouts and problems. And on the really natural front, as I mentioned before, try rosewater and witch hazel (not together) as toner/cleansers. |

That has been another saga in my life. Classic T-Zone person. Shiny forehead, nose and chin, with cheeks as dry as Sahara. A few products work for me. Oh, and one more line that does have some things that work great for sensitive skin: WELEDA. As I am 'super-sensitive', I even use some of their products for baby skin and find them very satisfying. Their chamomile based baby creams work just fine, and have a pleasing, gentle aroma.

I tend to build up masses of dead skin cells. And how best to remove them? NOT with harsh scrubs or highly textured pads or such. Alba has a papaya enzyme facial mask that is gentle but does the trick. It's gentle and a short easy process, so there is less to no likelihood of irritating any existing spots.

For a while, I thought my skin was oily in the Tzone area but actually it was peeling and dry. Believe it or not, I switched to using MaryKay cleanser at night and in the morning and it has stopped.

Also, try Elemis. My mother in law gave it to me since she was breaking out from it and it's worked wonders for me. No more dry skin and the oiliness has gone away too. But everyone's skin is different so it's trial and error.
