Default Drinking water to cure acne

Acne begins on the inside of the body, not on the surface of the skin. So I was adviced to drink plenty of water, at least eight glasses per day - to help detoxify the body and cure acne. Has it helped anyone? Please share your thoughts.

Default I agree

I agree with you.. But a small suggestion.. The healthy guy should drink around 5 litres of water per day. So 8 glasses is not enough. Have more

The more water the better. (Before water poisoning.)

Water is excellent for the skin and all other organs and their functions. It's SO good to carry around a filled bottle of water everywhere you go. I think it helped my acne, though I use so much stuff who knows what actually helped it. Acne is sort of a result of what you put into your body, yeah...

Default Water does not help much

I used to drink plenty of water, some 20 glasses a day but I never got rid of it. I think if one does a lot of exercise and really sweets it out it may help. No matter what you do, it will still come. The ony thin we have to do is to avoid getting worked up over it.

I have not tried that but since i believe water therapy too, i guess there is some trueth in it. Right now i don't suffer from acne anymore and i don't know if driniking 8 glasses a day or more helps coz i have done that for so long already. Infact its part of my lifestyle already. Always the moment i wake up i drink two glasses of water before breakfast and see to it that i drink 8 glasses for the rest of the day. That is good to our health.

I didn't know drinking water could be a possible fix for acne! I knew it was good for you to drink 8 glasses a day, though.
