Hey everyone. I have been using Aveeno Face wash (foaming ) for several years now. It seems to be a little too gentle for me. Can anyone suggest an exfoilating face wash that isn't going to scratch my face up?

Are you interested to try natural face wash. Try washing using olive oil. If used regularlly on the face, olive oil helps in clearing acne and scars.

dish soap like: palmolive and stuff like that help get rid of the oils. You may also want to try clean and clear morning burst or something similar!

While using Palmolive might help with getting rid of oils, the other ingredients in dish soap may harm you as they're not designed for your face. Have you experienced any negative effects from using dish soap?

If you have a good response to salicylic acid treatments like me, you might want to try Neutrogena or Biore treatments. They contain this form acne fighting power and clear up my face pretty well. However, if you have blackheads, the treatments labeled for blackheads work much better. I used to be on prescription Cleocin-T when my acne got out of hand as a teenager though. Otherwise, just try salicylic acide types of medications. (Maybe for an extra boost you can try the natural lemon juice cure, but I wouldn't use this alone for severe forms).
