Yeah, our bodies are imperfect. They're not designed. Biology can be kooky and freaks out over what one would think should be natural processes, like growing up and having babies.

It's because they are always on the go. They want things fash, so they tend to eat fast, fatty, greasy foods. McDonalds is a perfect example. How easy is it to grab a hamburger and fries and run.... Not healthy.

Actually, it's been found that it isn't really the consumption of fried/fast food that contributes to acne. Sure, a healthy diet and water help your skin, but you wont get acne from eating fries. What the actual problem is, is when you work around a deep-frier or other greasy foods and have the oil in the air around you all the time.

i mean, i feel like the whole diet thing is just people wanting an easy way out. like "oh if i stop eating fries my acne'll go away". but i also figure that kind of food is bad for you anyway so it doesnt hurt to tone it down with that.

Diet and regular exercise helps a lot as a teenager. not just for acne but for overall physical and mental health. I highly recommend it.

Best to eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. Skim milk is also very good too. Your skin will look a lot healthier this way.

one of the best thing is to keep down on the consumption of oil that will clog pores and just simply a little bit of hygiene.

It’s true, that during teenage the acne grows. In order to avoid acne from becoming worsened one should avoid eating oily foods, and should keep the skin clean and dust free. One should drink lots of water and fluid. Regular exercise can also help the cure acne completely.

Teenage acne is not much to worry at all. It will pass as time goes. So don't get so desperate with it. Acne due to hormonal changes is noothing to worry with but of course just maintain the right hygiene as always.
